Our next 5 course wine dinner is with Nikki Erpelding who was here with us for the Willamette Valley Pinot Noir tasting we did this summer. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable and has taught me a lot about wine. She is an instructor for the Wine & Spirits Education Trust out of London. We’ll be working together to pick wines and food for the event on December 12th at 6pm.
