Tom has been brewing some special beers for our dinner this year, allowing ticket purchasers to be the first to taste a Belgian Tripel with Ginger and Lemongrass and a Mosaic Juicy IPA. Each course will be paired with a beer. Because it is July and we have some amazing farmers and local producers - we’ll be highlighting their products as well. As a sidenote: this growing season is extremely late, so we’re going to be able to incorporate some produce that should have been done and gone by earlier in the year. Check out the menu below:
arugula, strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper with Pre-Prohibition Lager
chicken stock braised MN wild rice, walnuts, seared pork belly, wild mushrooms with Schwarzbier
driftless trout with tomato coulis, tarragon, seared croutons with Saison
seared duck breast with rhubarb sauce, creme fraiche, and port reduction on lemon wild rice risotto served with Belgian Tripel
canteloupe and greek yogurt with raspberry bergamot sauce with Mosaic Juicy IPA
as always, the menu is subject to change. We are excited to see you at dinner and serve you some fantastic food and beers.
