Ron Swanson knows how to eat and drink.

“Never been hungover. After I’ve had too much whiskey I cook myself a large flank steak, pan-fried in salted butter. I eat that, put on a pair of wet socks, and go to sleep.”

This nights meal will be a dedication to Ron Swanson, and those of you out there that just enjoy a good steak and some whiskey.

With your dinner you will receive a 1oz pour of each of the Offerman Edition Lagavulin whiskies pictured above: Guinness Barrel, Charred Oak, and Caribbean Cask, all aged 11 years.

For those of you who, much like Ron, enjoy a cigar, the Crux Cigar event will be happening at the same time in Modicum Brewing. While participating in both might be difficult, we can certainly get you some more whiskey and cigar when you have finished your plate of meat and bacon wrapped shrimp.
