European Cellars will be coming to showcase their wines in pairing with another of Will and Megan’s fantastic dinners. While Eric will be out of town for this event, he pulled a fantastic wine from Chateau Pesquie to share. It is a 2007 Rhone Valley blend of Grenache and Syrah that Robert Parker gave 97 points. The spice and unctuousness of this wine should pair magnificently with the Roasted Leg of Lamb that Will will be preparing.

watercress and chickpea soup with rose water and ras el hanout served with Novellum Chardonnay 2016
roasted carrots with ginger, dressed with pomegranate, nuts and seeds served with Mas Donis Rose 2017
Israeli leg of lamb with rice, lentils, and fried onions with a yogurt sauce served with Pesquie Artemia 2007
Labneh with orange flower water, apricots, honey, mint, and fried steel cut oats served with NV Espelt Airam (a fortified grenache from CA)
