Starlight started as Huber Winery in Indiana and recently blew up as a grain to glass distillery as well. They've been farming their land since around 1850 and had grapes and the largest fruit orchards in Indiana. In 2000 they decided to add distilling to the brand and make brandies and whiskey.

Finally, Starlight was generous enough to send a Pineau de Charentes barrel with our order. It has been filled 2x with bourbon. Eric at Modicum will be filling it with a beer and we'll have a Starlight Barrel Aged Beer release party down the line!
