A lovely, snappy, different sort of take on a Cote Du Rhone Blanc. Instead of the usual Grenache Blanc as a base, Domaine la Manarine uses mostly Clairette. The delicious result is a fresh, ripe, peachy, stony offering that pleases the palate and washes down all sorts of cuisine.
