The nose combines sweet red fruits, roasted plums and leather with autumnal, spice-driven accents. The palate is medium-bodied with detailed layers of easygoing, succulent fruits. The finish is welcomely dustier and more structured than the nose and palate would suggest and concludes with a bright spine of quenching acidity.

Turley is known for being a leading producer of Zinfandel. As the former owner of Frog’s Leap, Turley moved on to his own project with his sister Helen. They have made a name for themselves here and make many well respected zinfandels and Petite Sirahs. We were able to secure far more of this this year than in years past, and at a killer price.
